Location is pretty nice , fast working and gives really quick feedback . Little bit Wait time because of crowd but service is fast . Quick Accessories exchange , take no time to exchange accessories . Repairing takes 2-3days if major otherwise instant one day repairing.

The centre is 16 km away from where I live. I submitted my phone to them and asked them to please check in an hour but they said it will require 3 hours I went home (16km) after nearly 1 hour they called me and said problem is the battery. I said OK change the battery again went to center (16km) to pay they said it will take 2 days went to home (16 km) a call came "battery is not available" Went to centre (16km) and shouted at them and went back home(16km) (TOTAL DISTANCE 16X6KM) Then found a shop and replaced my phone battery in 5 mins OVERALL WORST SERVICE CENTRE AND LAZY STAFF DONT ATTEND PHONES AND ONCE HE HUNG UP THE PHONE DURING THE CALL AND DIDNT PICK UP PATHETIC SERVICE

Location easy to fetch, Nice response from staff. Easy and less time consuming process and repair.

Service Centre of HTC closed.
