I had very bad experience with hometown. The delivery process is pathetic. Very bad communication. They never stick to their words. Till now I am following up the sales person ,now not picking my calls.the old pickup items are kept as it is in front of my house. They charge 500 rupees but no body from home town bother to pick up
It was an excellent service given by Abhilash. I wanted to buy a single recliner immediately as my dad was not keeping well .Every store that I went was giving me the recliner in 10 days .I spoke to Abhilash of an instant delivery ,he went out of his way to help me and got it delivered in one day .He also came and did full installation. Really appreciate his help and will definitely recommend him for any kind of services .
Not a worthy option to buy . Please don't waste some money . I bought a chair it is now damaged and after 1 repair it last only 1 month . Please don't consider.but they have good options for chair i loved my chair

Very bad experience. They did not keep up with delivery date.Very bad communication. My kitchen interior was delayed by 3 weeks no communication. Had to postpone my house warming by a week courtesy Home Town. Till today they have not had my completion certificate signoff they are not bothered Customer care is so bad. Please don't go with them for your interiors.
