Very worst rooms and cockroaches everywhere the walls are so damaged and the service is too bad.The people are behaving rude if we asked for the decent rooms
Uncleaned room,there are cockroaches in room and they are not providing extra betsheet.
The rooms were cleaned and service was top notch and AC was working fine. Friendly staff and cooperated well.

I would like to give 0 stars for this worst & dirty hotel in Coimbatore. The receptionist is very rude, there was a lady receptionist who denied my online booking via oyo booking agent even though I had all the booking details and online payment confirmation. They asked me to pay the actual rent for a room which they inflated to rs 1800/-, what a scam I had to pay the room rent fee twice. And further after producing all the booking details email confirmation & whatsapp msg from oyo regarding booking confirmation, this rude lady receptionist did not accept this booking and said we do not accept any online booking and she mentioned we have stopped all online bookings from past 2 months lieying to though I had the oyo booking confirmation in hand. So I recommend the traveller's not to opt this hotel either online or offline, rooms are very bad, very worst receptionist, totally very bad hospitality. And I had to worry for a day for online refund which was very bad as well, and during my grievance call with oyo customer care, I came to know this hotel who rejected my booking saying we don't accept the online booking had mentioned in their oyos hotel service provider site as i had checked in and checked out from that hotel and holded me for multiple confirmations from hotel for check-in and check out though that lady rejected my booking. For traveller's please don't opt this fraud and scam hotel capital hr residency in Coimbatore. You will regret later. Worst hospitality rooms and service with high cost. Please invest your hard earned money for good hospitality not in this worst place.
Hotel refused the stay despite of confirmed booking from OYO. Had to face so much difficulty in the night and had to look for alternate stay in the night. After a big discussion with OYO customer care, a refund of Rs 764 was initiated but that also not received yet. Very bad experience.
Room was not cleaned. Also the bathroom is not maintained properly, bucket is cleaned for past few months. Also the window curtain was broken where you are visible to petrol bunk which is unavoidable. cigarette smell outside of the room. Apart from this you are not allowed to wait at the reception for any purpose, i was warned by the lady receptionist and a guy (with spectacles) which is very rude behaviour. Overall horrible experience from the OYO Hotel.

It was a good stay. Need to improve dining though. Cinematic experience is good but sound effect will disturb the next room...Need to think about sound insulation. Without good sound effect it degrades the cinematic experience.
