Bachraj Landmark is the best society in Virar, I would say. It has all the amenities in and around the complex. From beautiful garden, to cameras, to battery backup, to water twice in a day. Society works really hard to ensure that there no inconvenience caused to the people living in the society. It has spacious flats wherein all six wings offer various sizes. However, the common facilities are the same. The reception area of each wing is just awesome! Now, coming to the society premises as in what all things this complex has to offer. So, you get medical shops, hospital (exact opposite to the entrance), alot of grocery and vegetable shops. Besides, the famous Club One and Yazoo - the amusement park is right behind the complex. If you are a foodie, you have numerous restaurants to eat - from Italian, to Chinese, to Indian. You get McD and Pizza Hut too within 10 - 15 mins reach from this complex. There are many banquet hall for family functions in the global city area. For shopping, you have Big Bazar, Star Bazar, Zudio, Westin within 10 - 15 mins reach from vehicle. Choosing this complex helps you get access to Rustomjee's Convent School which is just a 10 mins walk away. Virar's famous Siddhivinayak temple too, is within reach of 15 - 20 mins walk. This complex is in the heart of global city. I'm sure this is a place you would have always dreamt to live in!
Nice location with plenty of amenities. Only issue is with vvmc water is not available at present, but it will be available soon. (Within a year OR two) If you are planning to own a budget home with good amenities, this is the recommended one.
It's housing complex, more like a gated complex with all amenities within reach. It's spacious, rooms are big and not very far from the main road. Nice place for a morning walk & evening stroll.
