HPTDC The Renuka - Hotel in Renuka Ji - Sirmaur, India

We visited during the month of May without any booking. The rooms were not good as per their rates. The windows were also broken. The washroom was clean but it was broken. The staff service was good. Cheese sandwich was very useless, not even worth eating. The rest of the food was good. Room service was also fine. The location of this hotel was good. The views were scenic.

The hotel is the oldest in the town and right across the Renuka lake. The staff is quick, helpful and kind. Rooms are spacious but need little more maintainence. Yet the hotel is a great pocket friendly option for short stays. But if you want to save more, then there are several dharamsalas and guest houses to choose from. The hotel's dining area is on the ground floor in a round shape room which gives a direct view of the holy lake. The vibes are calming and peaceful. We loved our stay here.

Decent hotel by Himachal Pradesh Tourism Department just opposite to famous Renuka Lake. Also, there's a restaurant too. Rooms are spacious and you can either book this online or offline by visiting the hotel. There's heavy rush on weekends so please try booking in advance if you want to stay here.

This was the only eatery in the vicinity of Renuka Lake and Mini zoo. We were tired and hungry after a walk of 3km around the lake and were looking for some food. The restaurant stops serving lunch at 3 and therefore the only thing we could get was bread toast. The staff is really helpful and the place is neat and clean. It feels good to have a meal here.

The property is at a prime location, with a beautiful lake view and walking distance from all prime spots. But it requires a lot of renovation and maintenance. The rooms, though spacious, require upgrading with better amenities like electric kettle etc. which were missing, the TV was not working, and the bed & beddings were not fresh.

This property is very beautiful, well maintained lawns, lot of greenery around and has very nice views of mountains and Renuka Lake. Stay was very comfortable. Food preparation at restaurant is hygienic and very good. Definitely Recommended.
