All good. The staffs are very helpful and suggestive. Only, finding the office and reaching it is the tougher part. As there is no proper direction or a visible board, the only way to reach is by asking peripheral people, who again mostly couldn't help in our case. Would suggest to provide a roadside board or atleast a direction.

A bit difficult to find. There is a round board on the road outside. Easier to find by address and street name. Staffs inside are helpful and courteous. They give the tour brochure also. Atmosphere is okay inside. They can arrange one's Himachal tour as well, and solved my queries too. However, I was not given any proper response when I asked about the designated Tourism Officer for meeting him directly, and to get a Card of his, as I generally do in my other tours.

Sir This happened with me on 2nd October at Kufri. Purchased ticket for 4 for all activities paying 6000 to Mr Chaman Thakur, while reached the adventure point they just allowed us only one adventure and denied rest. Chaman Thakur is a fraud and cheating customers. This hospitality you encourage to your guests?

This is the original Himachal Pradesh Govt Tourism ofc. They dnt provide packages on the phone. One has to visit them to get an iterinery made. They will mainly book your stays at the govt hotels or cottages and arrange private vendors for the transportations.
