Service is very poor, communication is very bad , how can a hp services centre is like this , feels like a normal service centre, fully disappointed, not expected from hp

This shop has worst service specially the behaviour of the person Avijit In store is worst. They took my laptop for service and returned after 21 days with damaged battery which was not at the time of submitting the device. They are croupt fraud and ill mannered kindly think a lot before going to them also they show off to be only service centre in Haldia. basic thing is they have brived the officals for this
