Worst Experience.
I had given my perfectly functioning HP Convertible laptop in a good body condition for just replacing the battery and in return I got my HP laptop with a broken right hinge. I cannot carry the laptop to my workplace nor can I move the laptop beyond a certain degree thereby the convertible feature has been rendered useless. The store manager at the time tells me they will charge additional Rs6000-7000 to repair the hinge while in the first place it was their mistake. Truly disappointed. Wont recommend anyone.

Worst service center ever. NOT AT ALL RECOMMENDED. I had given my laptop for getting the keyboard replaced. These people took 3 weeks to do but still it was not at all done properly.Highly disappointing service. Also the keyboard used by them was Duplicate and charges quoted by them was more than what the original keyboard costs. Simply NO Go for getting any service from them.

Don't Buy any product from Galaxy Gizmo R city Mall Ghatkopar,Mumbai they are cheating customers by taking full money and selling Display piece .The sales Person Shahid Pawar is not trustworthy as he said they will send fresh piece from godown and instead delivered the display Piece .I have personally showed the proof to him as before billing I have taken a photo of product with serial no with date and time and same piece was delivered .After Ten days of follow up they are saying we have to Email to company and they will solve your issue .
