The person who sits here is very rude.. doesn't even know how to speak to customers...talking about HP world there are 3stores in nashik...all three are owned by only one person so if looking for a better attitude and better explanation about features of the laptop its better to buy from hp world in city centre mall located just 2km away from this store...pathetic experience... Only one suggestion to the owner ...please keep people who are down to earth and are polite to their customers atleast..

Just bought HP Omen 16 Gaming laptop from here, very nice staff. From unboxing to takeaway, they completed all process very well. After completing paperwork, also they told me to check your laptop that you bought (maybe to check of flaws and error in laptop).
Very disappointing experience please do not buy laptops from this store as the staff is highly unprofessional and very rude... i bought laptop the very second day it stopped working... I complained they said it will fine in few hours but then after giving also they took 18 hrs... now again after getting back it's not working and they refuse to give after service Specially Mr Ali
