Worst experience...Not an official Hp service centre.Not having basic experience and tools to diagnose the problem in a laptop.

Yes that was a good experience . I recently purchased laptop from here...& There's a good customer caring & nice response... Also a good expireance with hp product.

They are partnered with Desktop Creators for Printer repairing. You have to pay 100 rupees for even diagnosis then if you get it repaired from there only then 100 will be deducted from repair costs, not otherwise. To much for a basic diagnosis.

Buying experience was just so smooth and convenient.The staff was extremely helpful.

Place is good for HP laptops, Provides many options for your purchase, accepts cheques and NEFT/RTGS as payment options but product will be given to you after confirm transaction only (which is okay!) Replies by the representative can be interpreted as either rude/highly-honest.

Very bad experience at first attempt .staff at reception not.when I give my laptop and told them to do only hard drive and operating system to be change and they told me to come next day.next day when I go there at reception lady told me that she told there maitanence (techinical staff to replace hinges ).although we did not tell them to do so .she at time first time told us sit I will cut the extra charge (first they told us 4500/- for changing hard drive and os system)now she told us 6200/- .after very hard discussion and involving there boss they (hp world ) boss tell me that he will give us discount . Why customer have to suffer for there negligence. Very bad experience I will never ask any to go there.
