I have visited HP World almost a week back and here is the detailed review of my experience To be very honest I wanted to give 0 star but the guy who is working very hard named Ajay who fixed my laptop deserves something so I ended up giving 1 just for him *Value for Money 1/10 They will fix your laptop but taking Rs1200 its overkill. I am from Mumbai and here they charge appx 600~1000 for basic servicing *Staff Knowledge 1/10 Again the 1 score is just for Ajay he has strong technical knowledge BUT rest of the staff and OWNER got NO sense of whats happening. During my visit someone ask the lady behind the counter simple question with laptop but she was unable to answer. *Customer service 0/10 I waited almost 3.5 hours straight. Not even a single employee asked me for a glass of water Later on I had some talk with owner and he was RUDE and having no knowledge about his employees and store (He got no clue what's difference between PUSH and PUHS check image and he was unaware about that) While paying I was expecting a simple sorry from owner for delayed (3.5 Hours) service but I was expecting too much from them Also that lady go 0 ethics while I was talking she got a call on her phone and she answered that one and left me hanging on the counter Lastly the RUDE owner asked me to pay Rs1200 and said he never checks any reviews on google but few of their employees posted 5 Star reviews on google just to boost up degrade quality of their service *Sales Team They are behind fooling people just to make sales. Trust me you will get way more better deal in Croma or Vijay Sales or any other brand stores Sales Team literally food 1 customer in front of me but I had no intentions to spoil their sales so never said anything (not rating here because never bought anything but you have clear idea of what exactly they are doing) Conclusion DO NOT GET YOUR STUFF SERVICED HERE STORE IS MESSED UP AS OWNER I HIGHLY NOT recommend this store or service centre to anyone If owner is reading this feel free to connect with me on my email Take care | | | Update 04/05/2023 I never got any update on my request so have to update my feedback after 8-10 months and here are my findings Quick update on this one Store was doing way too poor till end of the year and suddenly I am seeing spike in all positive reviews. I think that RUDE owner is not there or they have changed the staff. I am still waiting for my response from owner on my feedback. Worst service experience. First they said only motherboard has an issue. Then they confirmed SSD is gone. Got the delivery of the laptop after 25 days. After all the repair & replacement is done, now the battery is also not working and requires continuous plugging. Better to find a better alternate in a near by area.

Don't repair printers here. They remove all important parts and simply says it is not in repairable condition. My HP 5820 printer's display stop working one day so I gave them for repairing. They took 7-8 days for inspection and one day called me to take it back and said it is not in repairing condition. I took it back and visited another repairing shop where I found it's important sensors are missing, wiring parts missing. Simply they looted me. Can't give less then 1 star so one star .

We visited the HP World showroom for the purpose of purchasing a Laptop. We got Excellent service from the staff.. Especially Mr.Amir Sir... Their products are excellent. Please visit the Showroom of you need the Best Laptop and service.. thanks...
