BATTERY ISSUE, Don't consider buying new battery from here. I purchased new battery ( 6 month warranty, cost around 6500) after 3 month it is swollen. They say it got swollen, we cannot replace it...even though it is in warrenty. SERVICE IS BAD AND PRODUCT PRICE IS HIGH After that I go to local shop where I asked hp original battery, they replaced it, after 8 month using it... battery still working like new. And price is 3500.
This is authorized show room of hp. Showroom's owner is very polite. Here you can get all hp laptop but little bit higher price than hp's website (1k to 2k). I have bought hp 15s gr00008au laptop. Owner suggest me to extend the warranty by student id card at just 499rs only and I got 2 years extended warranty at 499rs only and also hp give me a antivirus which is for one year So I got total 3 years warranty.
