HP Service Centre - Computer store in Malappuram - Malappuram, India

They behave very politely and provide services to customers as much as possible. I visited there to repair a simple defect of my Envy 360. The concerned person helped me even though its warranty period was over. It would be great if they provide waiting chairs for the customers..! Anyway nice people

They are irresponsible..they said me they will repair my laptop..I said them it's warranty is over..but when I went to them ..they said they will repair only if,there is warranty..it's really hard for bcz I travelled..much distance to there..I recommend..everyone not to choose this service center

Went there with a simple complaint but they couldn't solve even after taking more than 4 months .Everytime i had to do the calling , they didn't contact me for once. Technicians don't know the basics . Bad at everything . Not recommended at all.

I have given my laptop hp pavilion 3 weeks before, they said parts will arrive in 4 working days and waited till today. They are not at all responsive, i called them daily 4-5 times but they don't pick my call or they won't call me back too. I had very bad experience with this service centre. I'm taking my laptop back without any repair.

Worst customer service ever.. They will make you run in a loop if you are on warranty...don't even pickup the calls.. Worst to the bottom

This shop is the service centre of HP brand that exists in the district of malappuram. This is the reseller of hp from where we can buy the hp products and we can get the good service of the products. If you have the warranty of any hp products you can simply contact them for your complaints.

Not satisfactory. Very irresponsible approach towards customers. Won't recommend to anyone.
