HP service center - Electronics store in Balasore - Baleshwar, India

Really it's taking so much time or days to solve normal problems. They always say that they are working for changing the part not repair. If you want to repair plz don't go there if your warranty has expired. Disgusting service. They also say you that it will take 4 days to coming the new part and fix it. So don't take HP brand if there is not quick facilities after purchasing. Hate it.

The service center staff not friendly and the service cost is too high and any of these problem they force to change motherboard

Bad service and customer care is worst don't know the value of customer time and learn how to talk to your customer first then do your job illiterate people.

Worst experience ever. They took more time to solve a problem. And words of different members are different for the same problem.

Good but parts are not available all the time

Came here to recover files from laptop at 6:40 ,but when asked for help said office is closed we close office at 6 pm after that we won't receive any complain it's written the bp care is open till 9pm

Worst service ever they took more than 2weeks to complete my call. They change the motherboard of the desktop without checking it and said you have to purchase new OS windows for this. The desktop was just six months old and they changed the motherboard and the original windows and office which was loaded there is gone. Worst service and the person there MR SUJIT doesn't know to handle a customer he is like if the customer says anything to him he will not claim the warrenty and will show customer fault in it.

I would have rated zero bt no option..worst service experience ever..their staff was so irresponsible and misbehaving behaviour.they can't even detect problem my laptop
