Third class service center staff,, without examining the laptop they will tell u it will take more than one week for repair,such is the attitude of these people,I'd been there for some minor issue without examining they told me to come after 10 days,then I resorted to a local repair shop they did my work in one day,,,one thing is sure after this I'll not buy hp laptops

I have visited their for my laptop (hp 15 notebook) hinge repairing, but instead of repairing they advice me to replace whole back support of display and hinge, they are pricing around 9000Rs for that. I was stunned bat that moment. Then I decide to take it out at other private laptop repairing shop, they fix the problem with few hours and cost me 1200Rs, which is comparatively low. I recommend hp service need to improve alot.
