Please Don't come to this Petrol bunk for filling and the workers are distracting customers while filling petrol. I told the worker in the picture to fill petrol for Rs 200/- he filled Rs 52/- and he asked do you have change for 2/RS and he continued From Rs 52/- to Rs 150/- and asked for 200/rs. I HAVE FACED THIS TYPE OF CHEATING BEFORE SO I AM AWARE of this cheap trick.and asked him to give printed bill then he gave some lame excuses "machine is not working" .still they are arguing that they had filled petrol for 200.to my luck there was only 100-200 ml petrol left in my scooter before filling and i have told them take all the petrol from scooter then measure it.then they agreed to fill petrol for remaining 50rs.

Worst petrol pump in entire city employees and even supervisor behaves rude with customers no proper services there was no upi payment. everytime they used to give instead of requesting there is server issue .petrol pump guy is spitting the gutka making me wait. than saying move forward there is no online . Don't know how to behave with customers specially supervisor waste iletrate fellow i told him about issue and requested him i will transfer to one of his employee upi ids due to lack of petrol in my bike . started arguing and misbehaving

The well maintained and well mannered staff. They respect their customers with greetings. And the management is always active and always present in the surroundings they will be ready to resolve if any problem arise from the customer end. I had a great visit and the management demeanor has really put me at ease when I had a problem. I rate it 5

These people are cheats. There few petrol stations that I avoid in city and this is one them. The reason I am outraged is because when I went there to fill up my car with 1000rs even after repeating the amount multiple times he acts as if he cannot hear me (at night when there is no traffic for noise pollution) and starts the meter without showing zero. Not only he does that but only puts 700rs. I say that's fine I will pay by card. But he charges me for 1000rs. When I ask him he again says "oh sorry I didn't see it". Many times I got cheated by not showing zero before they pump the gas. They distract you by asking something or they say they didn't hear the amount. It's not just once but 4 times that these incidents happened to me. I tried calling the management for the compliment. But nobody answers the call. I say management is very lenient towards their employees. These people should be ashamed of themselves for cheating people. I don't want to disclose any names in public because at the end of the day good or bad they have to support their families. I hope the management takes a serious action on this foul practices. Also please avoid this station if possible. I have no hatred towards anyone nor I don't know anyone in this station. This complaint is purely based on the incidents that I experienced at this station.

I wish to share a very pleasant experience which I had with Sainath Filling Station, Trimulgherry. My credit card was debited twice while filling petrol in my car. This discrepancy was noticed by me only after a week. Mr Karthik Reddy, the owner , whom I contacted was not only prompt, but also courteous and very efficient in his response. After checking, he informed me to collect the refund or fill up the car with the same amount. Glad to state that I got the refund today, within 24 hours of raising the query. Excellent customer relationship displayed.Keep up the good work!
