Worst service center, it is not authorised but they are claiming we are authorised service center.. no technicians here, they damaged my laptop. They took one week to rectify laptop problem. .finally they returned without fix it...they are very careless they misplaced my keyboard finally returned next day. USELESS !!! There is not even one technician available on a working day. Been waiting from 10am till now (4pm) for support from an authorized dealer. The person is not even answering the call anymore. Save yourself from all the effort and time and go somewhere else
These people claim that they are acer authorized service people in Google searches, however my call with Acer customer support revealed that there are no acer authorized laptop service centers in mysuru, they charged for a laptop repair which was actually not repaired at all. That's cheating.
Fake promises. They'll act as if they are genuinely interested in providing service. But they seldom care. Utter waste of time.
