I have a printer which is in warrenty and the paper was stuck inside I asked them to please remove the paper from inside by open the printer which will hardly take 30-45 mins, instead they said we keep the printer for 2-3 days .
And its not the 1st time I m having trouble with SC they always misguide the customer and behave Rudy with customer
Very wrost experience.... they work like govt employees. Charge u for doing noting.. brokers inside.. do not have manner to talk they want all payment in advance and still u will have to please them so many time to get ur work done.. every time in sleeping mode.. staff is rude.. staff their do not want to work.. 3rd class environment.. very disappointed with HP.. I will never ever gona buy any product of hp in my like their service is yak

What should I say about these superhumans "so called technical and professional persons" , I have Limited words about there performance which I will share through the example " whenever you will approach them for any rectification of any problem and believe me they can bring you in the unsolvable dilemma by giving their useless solutions such If you are approaching for HP laptops that too if model is outdated and most probably out of warranty then without checking it properly their solutions would be motherboard is defaulty part and that will be enough for you to put in the state of insecurity and same for the printer problems." What about their behavior? Very unprofessional, Their working heirarcy is much similar to government brokers.
But what they can do, They are operating with limited man power single or two persons who are providing the solutions to technical problems.
Conclusion: Not go there
Worst service. They will do nothing and charge you 360 Rs straight for just opening and closing your laptop socket. They say that they will do service but they will do none.
Go only if you have warranty no your laptop that too I m not sure how they will treat your new laptop.
They took just 15 mins for mine and there was no improvement at all. It is the worst customer service center. I went 3 time before they can actually get any service at all.
They don't have proper knowledge on MAC services, they will say never say no to you . So make sure to be there when they are going to open the laptop.
But I would suggest go to service center or some authorised center instead of going here
