Good open space at the back yard which is native open space Abutting the Lake hence you will have always cool weather in this region. Builder HOYSALA group has not completed the project and so NO CLUB HOUSE and swimming pool as of August 2021. Flats are very opt and compact in size . My personal recommendation . You have super market , Vegetable shops, pharmacy, stationary, internet and printing docs shop everything in 1 minute walk. its as good as suuper market inside the PREMIES. Very nice.
