It is the old architecture building. Moreover it make you feel like it's quite vintage. Don't expect modern architecture. Hear all of it. So good experience staff is quite humble and very keen to their customers. There is also a jacuzzi for Asian shoes or premium room. Is there. The food is satisfactory. Even the services also go to go

Location gets them the business. But they aren't really doing anything else. Their front office staff seems stressed and never smile. They expect that anyone walking up to them is going to pick up a fight so they ignore you for as long as possible. Just a strange vibe for an upscale place. Rooms are spacious and have good views although their showers have luke warm water at best and have rusting out curtain rods.

Stayed here for 2 nights. My booking included two rooms with breakfast and dinner included. Let me breakdown my review into sections as I had good and bad experiences. *Restaurant* Limited options for both breakfast and dinner buffet Restaurant staff is not very attentive Water bottles on table are either always empty or missing. Glasses and cutlery are missing most of the time and have to be asked for. Do not refill food at regular intervals and I on multiple occasions ended up waiting 10-15 mins for Roti or a glass of juice. I felt that they are *much inclined to providing better service to Non Indians* . Not sure if it's a hotel policy or for getting better tips. *Rooms* : Slightly spacious. Not every will maintained Bathrooms are congested Walls had some dark patches The window panes were not clean from outside *Housekeeping* : Diligently cleans the room everyday Extremely prompt with service, be it delivering an extra bed, extra drinking water etc. Super efficient *Amenities* : NA Didn't explore any amenities, so wouldn't comment *Front Desk:* I was received very well by the front Desk staff Check-in was smooth and quick. Checked about my experience while checking out. When I raised concerned about restaurant service and mentioned that I will write feedback on Google and Trip Advisor, they asked to write all concerns but rate them 5. When I said it's my prerogative on what rating to be provided, they even tried to bribe me with a sandwich. Unbelievable!!!

The place is cozy enough during our stay in Agra. Bed is comfortable and all amenities is provided like any other decent hotel. The hotel has a window in our room however the view is just a junk yard. Overall, we are happy to stay here.

It's a 4 star rated hotel chain line. The beautiful hotel to stay in semi luxury style. I had attended many family functions. Recently I visit this place for family function.

The hotel staff are very friendly especially the restaurant. The rooms are fairly clean. The AC is excellent. The shower is nice with copious for off hot water only in the mornings. In the evening one can only have cold showers. One area where the hotel needs to immediately improve is the Internet access. They have an antiquated daily voucher system with long codes to be reverted to regain internet access. It is time they use room number and last made to provide Internet access. The hotel is a bit offset from the mail road and we stayed on the front side Room and we're not unduly disturbed. But some western guests were her told us they shifted the room from the backside due to excessive sound levels. Overall this a good value for money, and decent hotel for tourists.

Don't get swayed by the picture, it's an old building and so are the rooms. Don't expect too much. It's just an average hotel with a price of some 3-5 star hotel. My personal experience was not so nice, no tissue paper, all the time you can hear the construction noises and room service is worst, you have to wait like 1-2 hours if someone would come by.
