I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. The receptionist was incredibly rude, which set the tone for our stay. The bed sheets in our room were dirty, and to make matters worse, we had booked an AC room but were given a non-AC room instead. The overall experience was horrible, and I wouldn't recommend this place. The only silver lining was its proximity to the airport.
It is a very simple hotel room neat and clean and best for connecting flights . Budget friendly . I prefer staying here rather than spending time at the airport the whole night without sleep .
One of the worst experience in this Hotel. We just stayed for one day, Room was not clean at all they put a bedsheet which was already dirty and they charged from us for that then they are saying You spread sambhar in the bedsheet we didn't even eat that, We were so late for the flight that we paid rather than wasting and arguing with them. Then they asked extra money for A/C as it was already included when we booked the hotel but still we paid for it. Service was bad Staffs were very rude specially the receptionist. Washroom was not clean. In breakfast they gave only 2dosa after asking they said everything is chargeable. Over-all very bad experience over here I never suggest anyone to visit in this hotel. I don't why People are giving nice ratings to this hotel it was nightmare for me staying even a single hour there. If you ask anything they will reply only in one word MONEY. It feels like they are beggars or robbers who doesn't think about their guest they don't even know the C of customer service. They will show you attitude like hell feels like you are staying there without paying.
The room are so nice and comfortable and even the food I just love it...there service are too good...and price are very affordable and even the place is so nice...there employees are soo good...
Nice place to stay and friendly service. I recommend those who are all looking for low budget rooms near the airport(7kms).
Worst service, beware of staff they will monitor you like dogs and if your room is locked by mistake and if you ask them to open they ask you 500 Rs Fine full loot in hotel I was forced to pay 200 Rs for this using police intervention full scenes in HOTEL
A very good and budget hotel for stay. Restaurant is not upto the expectation but the rooms and staff here are good.
