Houseboat New Suzan - Hotel in Srinagar - Srinagar, India

We, two girls, visited and were quite conscious about safety and all. However, our experience was wonderful. It felt extremely secure, almost like home. Mr. Imran was incredibly helpful and assisted us with everything. Another highlight was the food at the New Suzan Houseboat was super delicious. Transportation services and everything was very good. I highly recommend this to others who are planning to visit Kashmir.

We stayed for one night and the experience was unforgettable. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. The location and view are mesmerising. The hospitality we got from Imran is worth mentioning. We had a wonderful stay at houseboat Suzan and brought back cherished memories for a lifetime

Everything in the houseboat was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had a good view of the dal lake . Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable.

We have spent 4 nights at New Suzan houseboat. It really gave us homely pleasure. We like the welcoming gesture, hospitality and guidance of Mr Imran, the owner of the house boat. The behavior of the owner was very friendly. He had guided us in every steps where to go, what to eat, what to buy etc. The cost of the houseboat was really very budget friendly. If someone will ask be about where to stay in Kashmir , then I will definitely recommend " New Suzan Houseboat ".

I stayed on the New Suzan with my wife and two children (aged 11 and 8) for four nights. Gulam and his whole family were the most wonderful hosts. They were kind and generous, nothing was too much trouble, and they really made us feel at home. They lent us their shikara and dropped us at the ghats for free. We have stayed on many houseboats over the years, and this has been our favourite. I would highly recommend it to anyone!!

The stay was bad and disappointing. The owner is very money minded and can be so manipulative to get extra money out of your pocket. He behaves so sweet and nice on call but his attitude is completely different when you actually reach here. I would suggest going for other better stay options. Imran was very creepy and flirty and made me feel so unsafe. Never ever going back there.

Its a small house boat but with Clean rooms and washrooms. The view from the house boat was really good. And I felt its cost worthy place and have 24/7 shikhara ride back to dal gate.Hosts are also really nice and kind. We really enjoyed the stay.

We had an excellent time with this House Boat. Myself and my family went their for vacation in the month of May. We reserved a four rooms in the houseboat, and our experience was absolutely fantastic. Truly, it was a magical experience from start to finish, with the crew taking such good care of us. I was exploring multiple House Boats and stumbled upon Mr Imran, owner of Houseboat, who was very informative and cooperative. We want to extend a special thanks to Imran (Greatest fan of Virat Kohli) who guided us about restaurants, places to visit etc. On the way back, the breakfast prepared for us was to just incredible. Overall, nice experience. Choose this, If you would like lose yourself in the beauty of nature with luxury.
