I got earrings from this store before 15 days. Firstly they packed different pair then corrected the next day but the problem was the earrings were super super loose after just wearing once. And when we went to the shop for the query they said they're not responsible as it was more than 10 days.

The shop cashier is nasty and doesn't know how to interact with customers; the cashier requests that the card tax be paid in cash and the remaining amount be paid by card. I will advise against visiting the shop based on employee behavior. Customer service is really poor, and the personnel has no fear of negative criticism; also, the shop lacks any customer feedback forms.
