A wonderful builder, but sadly uses HaFeez Contractor as his architect. Buildings look like stacked matchboxes. Maintenance of such designs over a longer term is very expensive and results in the residents association neglecting it and building looks like it is built in the year 1956.
House of Hiranandani Worst experience join in Oct 2019 and from March 2020 lockdown started. During lockdown also i went office on my personal bike. Once full-fledged office started Oct 2022 my VP layoff then they told me to go .. very bad experience .. almost 3 month i was jobless

Me moved in december. Since that day we never sleep. The noise pollution is extreme. Building person know and they do nothing. We are been waken up at 6h30 every weekday and every weekend at 7h30. This building is the worst place to leavr in Powai and after service is more than poor. They dont care about their tenants. They trick you into renting the place then they dont care about you. I would never recommend this place. Why leaving in a place you can never sleep and owners don't care about you. Construction is going on since december , there is dust everywhere. Never rent a place here its a trap

Nice place to visit, specifically building are good to see, roads are wide with good options to travel, nearby railway station is kanjurmarg which is central railway stop, availability of shops, hotels and ATM in the area
