I have been working out at this gym for the past couple of weeks and it's been nothing short of fantastic.The trainers are extremely helpful in getting us started and offers feedback whenever necessary. An excellent range of equipment surrounded by the right people to motivate and guide, sets the perfect backdrop for anyone to reach their fitness goals.
I joined this gym 3 months ago and I've been seeing great improvement and good gain. The staff and trainers are well-skilled, lovely, and ever-present to try to assist anyone who needs help.

Nice gym. My personal trainer Gowtham is an expert in body building. I have lost 5 kgs in 2 months and I was having back pain and now I don't have pain at all. I will recommend this gym. We have necessary equipments as well. Two suggestions , it would be good if the premise is more clean , and add more threadmills and cycles. We would like to have more mats for exercise as well. Current mats are not in a good condition.
Overall a decent gym in Kazhakuttom, but this gym is missing some equipments and machines. Trainers are also very friendly and helpful. Timing is very flexible as the gym is open from 5:00am to 10:00pm. This gym lacks a bit of cleanliness also. This gym has a high potential of improving so i strongly hope that this gym may improve in the near future and introduce new machines/missing machines. Rating 4 Stars for this gym.
Great gym, good multi gym machines, awesome trainers, open through out the day. Trainers really supportive in training. Have variety of plans for body building and conditioning. Even the owner is present there to look after and support everyone. Really happy atmosphere.
AMAZING WORKOUTS AT THIS GYM! The staff here is incredibly friendly and extremely qualified! With your workouts, they are skilled at pushing you to your absolute maximum. You won't be let down when you leave! I strongly recommend trying out this gym because it has such a homey atmosphere as you walk in the doors.
