I regret to say that the experience at Sona Hotel was not satisfactory. I stayed at Sona Hotel for three days. The tariff seems reasonable (1900/-), but it is disappointing that the hotel charges for mineral water, and RO water is not provided in the room. You have to ask them for the water daily. Furthermore, the complimentary breakfast only includes one sattu roti, and tea is chargeable, which seems stingy. Additionally, the room cleaning service not being available until 4 pm is inconvenient for guests who need to use their rooms during the day. The fact that the room phone does not work and the internet connection is poor is particularly concerning, as this can affect guests' ability to work or communicate during their stay. Lastly, the absence of a lift can be challenging for people with mobility issues. Overall, Sona Hotel seems to be lacking in several areas, and I would not recommend it based on this review. This is my personal opinion. Because all this happened to me.

Good Hotel. Budget Hotel. Nice rooms, superb service quality. Staffs behavior is also good. Location too is good, in the city but without too much crowd. Overall superb experience.

Budget Hotel, Nice Hospitality

This is one of the most impressive hotel present in this region, it provides dinning as well as residential facilities. Room are airy and spacious, the management is also efficient. Given its location at the centre of the town, it is easily accessible through various means of transport.

Very good hotel in dumka

A massive building, the hotel looks very Royal after the renovation. Marriage halls are also inside the hotel Restaurant with tasty food items, All under 1 roof.

Very clean rooms, good behavior staff , and follow corona rules proper timely sanitized whole surface area. Medium budget hotel

Near Siddho kanho school in dumka Hotel sona and one more hotel opposite to this hotel Aditya residency are among best hotels in the city...they have in house restaurants too
