A hidden gem just a few km away from Nainital. The experience was way beyond my expectations. Stayed here for a week. Went for hikes in the morning /evening and did my work in between. The place is inside the forest. They also have a nice cafe where you can chill with your friends. Perfect place to unwind or relax in the mountains. You will have to hike for 1 Km from main road to get here. But it's totally worth it. Also met some amazing people :) they have both private rooms an dorms. Very affordable options if you are on budget travel.
I was surprised after I reached HOTS at jeolikote,everything they communicated was fake and the staff behaved as if he didn't wanted us to come there,He was denying for all the services and took us from long route I could not survive for 1 day there.I left the place the next morning and he was asking money for everything also he didn't know how to talk to any guest. It was raining heavily and he was taking us for granted and didn't compromise anywhere. Infact we lost our way in jungle and to guide he was asking money.poor and pathetic service ever in my life.very disappointing Room was not clean,seems like no one visited since ages.
It was a nice ambience in here, The view the peace I totally loved it. Stayed almost for more than a week. Food was nice. You'll also get to eat some fruits totally organic. Will love to stay here again.
Bhaiiyyaaaahh! Bahut mast jagah hai. Complete Hostel Dorms experience in a nature friendly location. Mini Trek of 800 meters to reach the Hostels from Jeolikote Petrol Pump. Bahut jyada sophisticated expect mat karo it's a Hostel not a Hotel. Ekdum raw experience milega usme bhi alag hi maza ayega believe me . Yaha ke Manager Mr. Vansh Vardhan (Brother) bahut chill person hai. He actually makes this place much happening with his behaviour. We had so much fun here, it was probably my best trip with friends ever. Apne group ke sath HOTs jarur jao you will have a wholesome experience Scenic place hai aur in between forests of mountains hai. Aaj hi plan karo aur jao you won't regret it. This is my constant spot from now on where I'll be visiting frequently with my friends for Camping
Lovely mind blowing place to stay in! Really nice and cooperative staff and the best part is the beauty of the mountains with extreme peace. This is the perfect place for your me time as well as it's good enough for a family vacay
I stayed one night at Hots somewhat spontaneously, and I'm SSSOOOOOOOO HAPPY I ended up there. Beautiful bunk house, Great food, Ridiculously nice bathroom, Wonderful people running the place, and most of all the location is fantastic. Nestled in a small valley high up between mountains. If I could have stayed longer I would have. I could mention at least four hundred and twenty more reasons why this place is great but I think you get the picture. I will be back Hots!!!
People who run the hostel are chill and good people. I enjoyed hanging out with the staff late into the night. When I arrived, there were several different groups but I initially thought it was one big inviting group. Had a good time with them as well - felt like part of the group . I only stayed one night because I had plans but could have stayed longer if I had known how nice the place was. The views were great and the little trekking I did was really good.
Awesome location amidst jungle, must visit for people who loves peace and adventure. You'll feel a sense of warmth and happiness by soft gestures of the hosts. Can never get enough of the delicious yet simple food. Love the ambiance
