Stayed her for 5 days. Rooms are spacious and bright enough. Good quality layout. Bathrooms well maintained. The staff and management is prompt , supportive and friendly. Food is hot, made to order and good taste. Well secured. VERY Near the Santi stupa so can walk down DAILY for a peaceful time and amazing view of leh Not so near from the main market. Perfect for large group or family on tour. Will surely recommend to friends and be my preference on my next visit.

Thank This is the hotel to stay at,I have stayed all over northern India but this is a gem. I call this a smiling hotel! I never stopped smiling from the time I arrived until I left. Lovely staff and spotlessl and a great location,lovely bistro across the road dot miss this hotel. The staff behaviour felt me to be part of royal carriage. And above all, about the owner, he lead the entire unit like a family.

We stayed here in July 2023 . We were a family of 6 traveling from US,and must say the owner Mr Tensing went over and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Firstly the location- it is very quiet and very easy to get to ( considering hotels near the market which are noisy and have very narrow road access) The food was so yummy! We ordered a la carte and it was delicious. The rooms are clean and basic,but very comfortable .The bathrooms have good hot water supply. The hospitality was par excellence with a super friendly staff .The owner Mr Tenzing arranged for our Ladakh permits, which was such a relief and made sure our stay was comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel ,also if you need to book any taxi services please ask the hotel folks and they will arrange it. Thank you for making our stay memorable

Hotel Zypher is having nice ambience and spacious rooms. The food quality is good We stayed there thru WanderOn on 8th July 2023 The hotel owner had tough time to clear stagnated rain water in terrace...... Only problem we faced was no proper hot water was available (solar didn't worked as it was rainy day......but their alternative electric arrangement also didn't worked) Hope other guests don't experience this. But on the whole property is good and staff is cooperative

Relatively a new property situated on the Shanti stupa road. Spacious rooms and pretty neat and clean. Food was delicious and service was great. Concern is if you order your food ( if not part of the package) then it is very expensive

Great stay, Tenzing and his staff very kind and helpful with everything A-Z. 100% recommend any tourist to come and stay here. Made it very easy for us to travel and gave great advice about our planned trip. Thank you

This was our first stop once we landed in ladakh. The owner Stenzen is a great guy. Even offered his sim card when I told him my cell phone was not working. His payment systems were not in yet due to being a new hotel so had some issues paying since we couldn't use our credit card and we didn't have enough cash. He was very flexible and asked us not to worry about it. Even during lunch/breakfast they made sure they would make something special for the kids if they didn't like what was in the menu. The rooms were comfortable. Wifi was slow but that was not really important for us. Would stay here again. Thank you Stenzen and staff :)

Our family had a very nice stay. Also the owner was extremely friendly towards everyone and specially with children. The rooms are extremely clean and Wi-Fi enabled with smart televisions. The view from the rooms is breathtaking and from some rooms the Shanti Stupa is also visible. The food is also extremely well made. The staff were also extremely friendly and helpful. I would say that next time when I go to Leh I would stay in Zypher only.
