This hotel is a bit far from Mall road. But overall the hotel is nice. The rooms are clean and have big windows. The toilets are also clean.

A cozy space for Bengalis. The rooms are very well furnished. The manager, service staff are immensely cooperative & helpful. Extremely close to Mall Rd due to it's location across Gandhi Rd. Even the food is very good

Apart from the proximity to the Mall Road, I didn't find anything worth a mention. The hotel looked heavily understaffed and running possibly because of the rush and it's location. Rooms were pretty basic. The TV doesn't work, there's no AC/fan (yes, it's required as it gets pretty hot in the afternoon) or heaters for the night. They turn the geyser on only from 6 - 9 in the morning. Though the room looked decent, the furniture looks worn out and ill-maintained. Doesn't have space for parking, in case you decide to drive down. Meals have to be intimated in advance, lest you stay hungry for lunch/dinner. There are frequent power cuts. The staff was indifferent but not ill-mannered. I liked their tea, though . You won't possibly be able to sleep at night because of the chaos from the nearby street. Can be opted, if you are looking for a place to stay just for the night and don't have any other options.

It did not meet my expectations at all. I also want to mention that the other reviews like 1/5 score are correct.The pros and Cons from me: Pros: 1. Location of the hotel is very good. Just 3-4 mins walk from from the Mall market. It is just opposite of the Bethany School. 2. The view from the room window is good. 3. Staffs are good as they will provide you the food you want. You need to mention a little early. They also help you arrange the food for your child if you request. At least my experience is like that. 4. Food is normal and not very costly. 5. Room cleaning is done everyday. Cons: 1. Rooms are very old and not furnished. 2. The furnitures are not maintained, The chairs, mirrors and the cupboards are of low quality and not clean looking. 3. The washroom is very small. 4. Hot water is not available always. It is available from 6-30 am to 9:30 am only. 5. The generator service is not available in daytime. They only provide alternative power from evening. 6. The blankets are not clean enough or it might be because of the covers which seems old. 7. No Lift. 8. Can't park car in front of the hotel as it is on the road and no parking place is at your disposal. Suggestion: Its not very bad, but far better options are available nearby with the same price. If you are alone and you only need a place to spend the night, you can choose it. Otherwise, it is better not to choose if you are with family and want to spend some quality time in the hotel.

It's a good hotel near mall. Little expensive.

This is a good hotel with spacious rooms in affordable price. Located in walkable distance from Mall road. Taxi services are also available nearby to this hotel.

The reviews I have checked before checking in seems to be absolutely correct. I endorse the views of the earlier reviewers. The rooms could have been much better, restaurant services should have been better, the people are expected to be more amicable.

Just visited few days back If you want a boarding school experience this hotel is perfect to stay. Let me elaborate lil bit about their rules 1) you have to take shower between 6am to 9.30am otherwise you will not get hot water 2) if you call them after 8am for breakfast you will not get breakfast 3) lunch order have to place between 9 to 10am otherwise you will not get lunch 4) and dinner order have to place by 5pm, otherwise will not get 5) they closed the main gate at 9pm, if you try to enter after that, you really have beg them to open the gate ( like I have called more than 30times in the reception after that they've picked up my call) They really don't care about their guest at all Rooms are pathetic Washrooms are unusable and dirty Corridor stinks of cheap alcohol and urine Hotel manager extremely arrogant with rude behavior Overall it's bad idea if are planing to stay over there
