Hotel ZI - Bed & breakfast in Gangtok - East District, India

Rooms are good enough, but behind close door rooms are stinky. Curtains are not clear and as well the beds are bit stinky. Besides this service is not upto the mark. Foods are costly than taste. Can not expect food of your choice.

It is a beautiful property. staffs and all the member's behaviour are so nice. I love this place. If i come again i will stay here again. The food quality is amazing.

Old hotel with a new owner! The host was welcoming and the hospitality of the hotel was also pleasant. We didnt have booking after returning from north Sikkim but got a room instantly. Rooms are above standard, good food with a good location.

The hotel owner Anubhab is kind and friendly. Also, the staffs are friendly and helpful. They have a great rooftop option as well where you can spend some time enjoying the view.

The worst hotel in Gangtok. Rooms are the dirtiest.. horrible odour from bathroom, room, bed. Bedsheet, pillow, blanket look and smell like weren't washed in months. Even the most horrible is the manager of this hotel. The most foul, dishonest man you can expect. They will trick you, lie to you, will threaten you! PLEASE DO NOT EVEN GIVE A THOUGHT TO STAY IN THIS HOTEL.
