Average and budget hotel but park car at your own risk. No watchman in parking place, many car burnt there by random person without any enmity. Also bathroom flush and commode is not fresh and broken..

Dirty rooms and not good service & bad behaviour

Rooms are decent sized. The hotel is accessible easily. The bed sheets were pretty dirty and bathrooms tiny. The bathroom seemed pretty dirty. There were huge spiders roaming around everywhere. Due to the absence of the cook, food was unavailable and no alternatives were offered either.

Rooms are not too good. For saying"delux room" but there was nothing like deluxe. But you can choose this for few days stay it'll be ok. location is just near Dhanbad railway station.

Worst hotel in such a centred area , the bathrooms are poorly maintained, dirty , the smell of generator comes inside the room , and the foremost thing that owner of this hotel is not well mannered , his way of talking is very bad , he doesn't allows to stay for 30min also after check out time , behaves like the people staying here are his slaves , worst experience ever

Worst experience. I know it's Baba ke jamane ka hotel but atleast they should provide good quality of services for comfortable stay. . Light jane ke baad no generator is available before 10:AM ,candle light will be provided in the Room . WC Comod is there in washroom without Jet Spray only Mug . TV is there in the Room without setup box recharges only for display . If you are staying in AC Deluxe Room (Best room in this Hotel) 2nd Floor, you will have to come down again and again for small things like Water, Tea... e. t. c (Switch ka v picture bhej rahe hai for Room service they Called. Rubbish......) Upgrade upgrade upgrade!!!!!

Nice hotel at reasonable price compared to other hotel in the same area .ac and non AC both option available here. The only problem currently as on date 5 Dec 2020 was they only accept cash only but online option of paying is under process as they are working on it and will be online very soon .

Rooms are ok and Ac rooms on top floor are very good considering the tariff but toilets are small and not upto the mark!! No restaurant though they serve food in rooms from their kitchen!! Staff and service is bad and aweful but at the time of check out they ask for heavy tips!! Average hotel good for business travellers!!
