Rooms were good, spacious and clean. However, TV was not functional; may be because my trip was sponsored and hotel didnt want to care more. I told the staff in the early morning but the problem was not rectified in the whole day. Another issue of blocked drains in bathroom was quickly resolved though. Anyways, I didnt mind because we stayed for 15 hours or so and didnt get much time to watch TV. Food was very good though
Stayed in India for 5 days starting from Delhi and the experience was not very impressive until i came to Udaipur and stayed here for one night. Staffs were very hospitable, good customer service skills, smiling, helpful. Ganesh Thapa was the star of the hotel. He even helped us swap the room while the tv antenna did work in our room. receptionist was very good as well. forgot his name. The hotel is located on the highway. if you need to escape the hustle and bustle of the city this would be the ideal place. The rooms are clean and neat. only downside is the hot water which was not available at 7pm when we arrived.. i was told at the reception that the hot water timing is from 6am to 6pm.
Receptionist lacked proper conversation skills(was rude for some reason). Rooms were decent but clean. Ample parking space for cars. Located separately away from city in an quiet place. Got our car also washed here. Overall experience was good.
