Room was neat and located centrally in the City. I can't comment on service as I have not availed any.

It was ok experience. Not great but not bad either. Negative points: The room wasn't ready at 10 am, I got it at 12pm as it was new year and people returned late after partying. The handle of the door was broken. There were so much hair on the floor. The bathroom mirror was very old and stained. One can't see his face. Positive points: The staff was good. The lift is so fast. The location is good. The rooms were very spacious. The bathroom was clean. The bad was also clean, only there were hair on the floor. It was not excellent but good

Perfectly homely location with highly management with superb service. Lift service is available. All rooms has hot water facilities. Rooms and surroundings are hygiene. The back water fishing boats and ships are quite interesting from the top floor. A place with values for money.

hotel is not in main road, it's near some theatre and very dirty place no cleaning smells like fish all the time. near my room there was a exit opened and was smelling. But one thing was there the room which was given to me 104 atleast was good inside only thing I hate is Hard mattress and dirty bathroom if this was clean then living for a night it's ok if you are with family. But one thing there is a restaurant in 5th floor good vibes but as I am pure vegan hence fish smell was a lot. so I decided to eat dinner at room itself I didn't have any expectation in terms of quality and taste for the food. But Mr Santosh who was so good quality and taste was so good that I actually enjoyed it. Thank you so much Mr Santosh and he was so tired as full day work plus lift was not working so he came down the stairs for giving food. Appreciate it. not so good as bathroom was dirty, and outside was not safe at all only stag is good staying overnight with family is ok not for longer days

Pros : 1.Hotel in city centre, near rlwy station. 2. Very spacious rooms. Cons : 1. Inside of drawers were not at all clean. 2. No exhaust fan in washroom. 3.Doesnt serve food.Bar & Rest is on 5th floor, which delivers food to the rooms when ordered on Intercom, but they also serve very limited Veg food.

AC deluxe room This was my second visit of Goa and I planed my this visit very carefully. I mean things to visit, where to stay and locations etc. Last time i stayed very near to this hotel and thus i want to stay or book the same hotel but for few reasons i booked this hotel. It was a good hotel. Nice, clean rooms with all basic needs. Comfortable check-in, rooms with fan+AC (room controlled), TV (not connected with cable-but not an issue), comfortable bed with toiletries (soaps and towel), good location very near to railway station, bus stand, fruit and vegetable market and outside food is allowed, has a lift also. few things are not in good shape but manageable atleast for me. check-in and chech-out time is too early for this hotel. Receptionist is a good girl, managed comfortable stay and cooperative. free parking with lift and has multiplex and showroom within the property. will choose this property if visiting the Goa and Vasco again. recommended.

Latch not working, mosquitoes in room, quilt not provided rather blanket is not washed. Rest is fine.
