Stayed for 2 Nights and 2 Days Pro: Staff Behaviour, Hotel Location which is easily accessible prefer mode of Communication Auto and Taxi. Lift. Attached Restaurant but very Pricy. Cons: Cleanliness. Room are not cleaned had to repeatedly inform to clean room. Cockroach were near the Bed and Bathroom. Wardrobe was not present in room. Overall experience was Average. Will not recommend to any one neither will I visit again.
The rooms were not cleaned properly, the besin was clogged, the floor was dirty. The hotel staffs were as inhospitable as ever. While booking, we mentioned there were to be two guests staying and also mentioned both of our names and still then the staff didn't let my friend check in just because she wasn't the primary guest. She had to wait for 4 long hours till I came to check in. They take their customers for granted and don't really value them much. In a positive note the restaurant was quite nice and the food tasted good too. So my overall stay was below average.
What did I like about this hotel? Just that it had a working lift. Apart from that the entire experience was horrible. We had booked this hotel in a group. We had about three rooms booked under two names. There was too much miscommunication between the night and day staff. And the night staff managers Saurabh Thakur and Vikas were way too rude. They talked in a very inappropriate tone/language and not a single person tried to cooperate with us at 3 in the morning. The policy specified on the websites was that guests can stay over if we pay 600/day extra but when we brought guests over they refused to let them even sit in the reception area saying this was against the policy. One person from our group checked out a bit early. But they checked out the room itself and asked us to book a new room to stay the night. And the cleanliness was dispecible too, there were cockroaches in the room and the washroom lock was broken in two of our rooms and there were no amenities in the washroom such as toilet paper, shampoo, soap, etc. I would not recommend this room to anyone!
1. The hotel situated at prime location, very near to New Delhi rail station (Arakasan Road). 2. Although room was not specious, but ok for one day stay for small family. Similarly bathroom also less specious. 3. Lift is available, hot water available in bathroom. Overall, a good hotel for one day stay for family.

Everything is just perfect, Mr.Kapil , manager & all the staff is very humble, fast & they go out of the way to make your stay pleasant unlike most of that area hotels, it's location is very handy and you will get everything you want in a short radius like street food, medical stores, liquor shops....as well! they have a inhouse dining as well, nothing to complain as the beds&wash room was perfect I stayed with my daughter and wife and they also have no problems...so yes family friendly place indeed
