Rooms are not that big as you see in photos. Those are the only rooms that seem that way and if you book online they won't give the same set of rooms. Go check the rooms and then book. Overall location is good but no proper ventilation in rooms.

Worst service and hotel ever. Just showed different image online but in actual the rooms were so small that you can not keep your suit case on floor properly. And the staff were rude and careless.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the recent booking I made through your website for two rooms at Fab Hotel. The experience was marred by several issues, including a malfunctioning bathroom, rude reception staff, unresponsive management, and difficulties with payments. I kindly request your attention to the following concerns: 1. Faulty room: One of the rooms we booked had a non-functional bathroom, rendering it unusable. This inconvenience significantly impacted our stay and the overall satisfaction of our group. 2. Miscommunication and payment disagreement: We were initially informed by your representative that we were only liable for the charges of one room. However, we agreed to pay 50% of the amount for the second room, despite its bathroom not working. This agreement was not honored by the hotel staff, leading to unnecessary conflicts and frustration. 3. Rude and unhelpful reception staff: The behavior displayed by the reception staff was utterly unacceptable. They were rude, shouted at us, and showed a complete lack of professionalism and respect towards us as guests. This kind of treatment is inexcusable and tarnishes the reputation of both Fab Hotel and your booking platform. 4. Unresponsive management: Despite numerous attempts to reach the hotel manager, our calls went unanswered. The lack of response from the management team further aggravated the situation and left us without any means to address our concerns or seek resolution. 5. Payment difficulties: The hotel staff refused to accept the payments we tried to make, complicating the situation further. Consequently, we felt compelled to check out without settling any dues, as the hotel staff did not provide any viable options for payment. In light of these distressing circumstances, I kindly request that you only charge us for one night's stay, as agreed upon with your representative. Additionally, I urge you to take strict action against Fab Hotel and its staff for their unacceptable behavior and failure to address our concerns during our stay. Please provide us with the necessary information regarding where to make the payment to settle the charges for one night. We are eager to fulfill our financial obligations promptly. I trust that you will take this matter seriously and work towards a fair and satisfactory resolution. Thank you for your attention and understanding.

The bedsheets and pillow covers looked as if they haven't been washed. The bed also was not freshly made. The towel provided was also not very clean. The bathroom smelled of phenyl and there was no basic soap provided. The rooms are small - I got a better one though, but there is absolutely signal or mobile connectivity in the room. Ok for cheap stay, but isn't a great choice. Next time will try Oasis blue

Very nice hotel.. all staff is very nice.. all rooms are very nice.. neat and clean.. hygiene is taken care of.. 24 hours kitchen open ...good hotel for stay with family and friends..

It was my first time staying with Fab. Will never stay again in any Fab Hotel. Hotel GM over there he is aware of all that we had to suffer due to unhygienic bed sheets, no soap, shampoo, etc. power cut was there. Wi-Fi didnot work most of the time. Phone in room was dead. No complimentary mineral water bottle. Also new bottle they are charging 35 for each bottle however MRP is 20. For complimentary breakfast you need to walk to a hotel situated after 4-5 buildings. Location wise also I would say it's very average. Donot waste money here instead go in sone chain hotels like Lemmon Tree, Radisson, etc. Also donot believe on the photos over website reality is completely opposite.

They overbook and then deny check-in. I arrived at 11pm in night and they denied me check-in. I had even informed them earlier that I will arrive late. The guy on the reception was clueless. I had to call 100 to report scam as I had paid for room but check-in was denied in late night. Then they woke up and provided me with a room. To my surprise they had overbooked by count of 7. That means 7 other families will be uncomfortable later in night. On top of all of this I was not provided with a bath towel. The room didn't even had dustbins. The walls were dirty and room had mosquitoes. This was one of my worst experience in recent time. Avoid this hotel chain.

There rooms were not so good, stinking badly and service was pathetic as we asked to change the oversheet 5times...but they just made us fool by saying yes. Not suggestable
