Hotel Yatri Nivas - Hotel in Secunderabad, Hyderabad - Hyderabad, India

Recently visited the place for a corporate event of a known club. We did face technical issues at 11th hour & multiple permissions were denied by the management. So I'm not quite impressed with them. Even with prior booking by the club, we were asked for an extra security deposit for the rooms. Rooms were clean & good. The catering service available was impressive.

1.This Hotel doesn't display its name outside for reasons not known. 2. Though situated on a most busy and a very familiar and rich place, you need to search to enter it as the place is not illuminated at all at the entry . I went several times but like a blind man struggling to find entry gate. 3. Reminded/Requested them (at reception) to come up with a bold littered well lighted Hotel name but that never happened. 4. Undoubtedly a good ambience once you entered into gates and with good service at the table. 5. It is a costly Hotel but without any nuisance. Good number of seats and hence don't find it crowded and disturbing. 5. Good place for families to enjoy food and ambience. 6. Never stayed in Hotel being a native. Can't give opinion. 7. Being a one way road, once you push forward a few meters from Hotel entry point you need to get tired to come back to Hotel. You feel better you search and go to some other hotel.

One of the best hotel to stay if you want to explore hyderabad city with nice ambience. You can book telangana tourism buses for city tour, ramoji film city, shirdi, etc. The office of telangana tourism is just outside the yatri nivas.

The room was smelling. Bathroom was stinking. Bathroom exhaust was not working. And nothing was done to fix the problem The AC didn't function well in the night

Best budget hotel. Located very near to the Paradise Metro station. Rooms are neat and clean. But they didn't clean my room I don't know why, maybe because I didn't submit the keys while I was going out to work. Tiffin is served at Tamarind restaurant which is also good and has a great ambience.

I visited Secunderabad recently. I looked out for accommodation in close proximity to Park Lane. The Yatra Nivas was recommended by a local friend. I looked up some reviews on Google and decided against it because of the poor reviews and quality of photos. However, while in the city, I made a visit to aangan, their dine-in-restaurant and decided to check the rooms myself. The rooms I checked out were on the third floor and they were exquisite. A world of difference from the pictures posted on social Media. The rooms on the second floor, the standard ones, were ordinary with older furniture. I regretted not booking here only because I came to the hotel and saw for myself the difference in quality.

Room is quite good but they are not providing very basic hospitality things like comb, Lotions and shampoo and Mineral water of kinley is changing 50 rupees. House keeping is not good.

1.booked for marriage ceremony for 3days, staying at Yatri niwas, 2nd floor room n corridor stinking. 2.Room floors not clened properly, mr ravikant informed. 3.flush not working, had to repair twice in super deluxe rooms on 3rd floor. 4Pillow covers, bedsheet, towels not changed by house keeping after room cleaning. Informed miss Harita house keeping manager. 5.Breakfast menu changed for continuous 4 days. Mr Manas and Anudeep informed, no action taken. 6.mr. Sriniwas rao,mr suraj das and mr khan were very polite and attended to our complaints and taken good care of marriage group. Mr Suraj Das had given personal care attention till we checked out.
