This is my 2nd stay in the Executive room of this hotel. Below are the Cons-1. The pillows r small and get hot easily under the head due to cheap cotton used. 2. Food quality is OK for the price paid. 3. The management is very stringent about hotel check-in/check-outs through empty rooms are available. They asked for 1000 Rs. extra for 12--6 pm extra on a Sunday. I feel 600 is justified but not 1k. 4. You have to ask for complimentary water which was not given by default. 5. No small toothpaste given for brush in the washroom, you have to arrange. 6. Wi-Fi password is not given to u by default when u check-in, U have to ask for it. 7. For complimentary breakfast, u have to inform them before 8 Am with room no. and they will call you once arrangements are done. 8. The person in reception always says one thing, that they can't help with room time extensions and adjustments if the room is booked. If I would have come directly to the hotel those adjustments can be done easily. I arrived at 9 am and waited till 11 am to get my room and similarly I was pushed at 11 Am the next day for check out.
Nice hotel with almost all facilities. Neat and clean rooms good service. Taste of food is also delicious. This hotel is just near bus stand of nagpur.

Location of the hotel is its USP, local and inter city travel mode is convenient, food options of veg and non veg are very close. Hotel Staff is courteous and the rooms are good and clean.
Issue is the early checking charges which is very high. Wifi connectivity is not good, guests have to rely on their mobile internet data. This needs immediate attention by the hotel management since these 2 things matter a lot nowadays.
