I had an overall disappointing experience due to the rude behavior of the reception staff. While the hotel itself had its merits, the attitude and demeanor of the staff at the front desk greatly overshadowed any positive aspects of my stay. Upon check-in, I was met with an unwelcoming attitude from the receptionist. Their lack of friendliness and professionalism was immediately apparent, leaving me feeling uncomfortable and unimportant as a guest. I had hoped for a warm reception after a long journey, but instead, I was greeted with indifference. I believe that a warm and welcoming reception sets the tone for the entire hotel experience, and unfortunately, this crucial aspect was sorely lacking during my stay. I hope that the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue promptly, as improving the behavior of the reception staff would greatly enhance the overall guest experience.

Very Expensive 3000 plus tax as per this room and service are ok ok type. AC is not working even at the time of check out there server is not working and very far from vishwanath mandir.

Leakage from the ac had water spillage all over the room. The dilapidated walls and the mattress sponge gave us a bad experience. The breakfast experience the next day was horrible, we saw a rat having a gaala time at the buffet counter. Though we complained, they gave a feeble response as if they were exhausted in overcoming this challenge.

Staff were very good and friendly. The room was very nice.the hotel was very clean and neat.

Good hotel located around a km from the Kashi Vishwanath temple. Service was good and room was comfortable with all the facilities.

Good hotel to stay but little expensive .. food is not good , so it's better to book without breakfast .. Rooms are clean and hygienic . Staff is good . Location is not so far from Kashi Vishwanath mandir .. Suitable location to roam around .

Rooms are good. Bathroom is small. Breakfast is good. Restaurant is a bit expensive but food is good & tasty. Staff is good. Though the restaurant was closed at 10.30pm, they were kind enough to arrange food for us at 11.30pm. We, 2 families stayed here for 2 days. Mr Rohit was very helpful from the day of booking till check out. It's a good hotel for family stay also.
