Hotel YashoGopal Resortico - Hotel in Vrindavan - Mathura, India

Hotel room had basics like AC ,TV, power back up and geysers in good working condition. The staff was very helpful and supportive (special thanks to Anil). Peaceful atmosphere and very close to fogla ashram and major temple. The lane leading outside is short and narrow but you will get autos most of the time just opposite to gate. Accessible to swiggy. Prefer having your food outside apart from tea. It has a peaceful temple in the premises. Overall I had a good experience against it's reviews.

1. The hotel staff was very rude and not having a manner how to talk or deal with the customers . 2. The hotel took 1000 extra charges for 2 hours of late check out and when we argue for this that we have a deal for rupees 600 for 2 hours then he become rude and said aaplogo ke nakhre dekhne ke liye nhi baithe hai idhr. 3. Washroom was also not clean and some were broken.

Very rude staff. They can out you after you confirmation. Location is good food is ok but staff behavior is ridiculous very disappointed with service. Hotel owner should look into this.

Third class hotel even you can not tell him a hotel . lots of lazard in room smell and even you will not find tissue in bathroom.Think 100 time if you are with family WORST HOTEL IN VRINDAVAN

I am giving 1 star but they r not aligible for 1 star also one of the most disgusting hotel in Varindavan money making going on in different process

1. Hotel staff including owner Mr. Sarthak is very rude.. the solution is that you can leave and cancel booking.2. talks and inappropriate behaviour3. Property is not at all managed properly...big issue of seepage..dirty and smelly rooms..when asked they say it was closed you can run fan and it will go off..4. Service timelines can be delayed for an hour if anything required5. Before checkin rooms are not checked...answer is Housekeeping supervisor has left for the day and he is not responsible...6. They will also charge you more than consumption, so please recheck your bill. Have also attached proofsNOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.... yOU WILL REPENT GOING THERE......

Don't go by the Fancy Image of the Hotel in Google page or Booking sites. Let me come to rate this place categorically 1. Location - It is inside a narrow lane where it is quite difficult to enter with a vehicle. 2. Service- In my two days of stay, I didn't even get a bottle of water after repeated call and request. 3. No options for food- You can't even get warm water here if you want to give it to some child or elderly. 4. No Security at all 5. Monkeys are all around the hotel premise so your belongings like mobiles or purse are also at risk. 6. Geysers are not working properly and even the TV doesn't work. They are non responsive to any requests.
