Hotel Yashika Palace - Hotel in Pithampur - Indore, India

Rooms good bit cleanliness and service punctuality has big scope to improve. The room lock wasn't working that was surprising.

Not upto the mark. Hotel is located in the ring road but quality and services are terrible. The owner or the lady who sit on the counter was confused and was calling someone for asking formalities required for the check-in. Only check in will take almost 30 mins instead of 5 mins. Then the room!! They were untidy and stinky. Bedsheets provided were torn and dirty. AC was not cooling. Bathroom was stinky. Flush was not working. Jets were broken. There were leftover used shampoo and soap sachets all around the bathroom. In short, rooms were really really bad. Staff were unprofessional and lazy. They delivered our ordered dinner about 3 hours late even after calling multiple times. Food was average. Charges were high. They charged us around Rs2000 per room that is very high for the services they provided. So better is to stay in Indore or any other nearby hotel having better reviews than this. Avoid this Hotel. Thankyou.

all rooms very clean and neat,very good and tasty foods, hotel staff behaviour very good and respectful,i stay there 5 nights i feel just like home feelings, specially receptionist guy alok very good behaviour and always supportive guy

Most friendly and helpful receptionist ever, so lovely and great first impression of hotel. Couldn't have been more sweet, giving me directions to a function I was attending along with a helpful map, ensuring parking in car park and facilitating an early check in. Please do not choose this hotel. Its poorly maintained.. No hygiene.. Toilets are not cleaned properly. Service also poor. Only plus point is location otherwise its Waste of money...

This is a one star hotel with poor quality rooms and poor hygiene. There is no continuous water in bathroom. In room facility is also poor (no water bottle, tea bags, soap etc.) customer service is non existent. I paid 1500 + gst which is very overpriced for this area.
