We had a very bad experience. The behavior of the staff is very worst. They are not making the guests comfortable. They asked us to go out and look for change for 2000 RS. Nothing wrong is going out and get change from a near by shop. But He have a QR code for sacn at the front desk. He didn't accept the Gpay or other wallets. later we insist them to do so, finally we paid via Gpay. Room is neat. But the staff behavior and the way of approach is not acceptable. Further We ordered food for dinner and the food worth is just 100 RS. But he made bill for 305 and added extra 50.I had never seen this kind of fraud things. They always asked about money and we forced to check out before our check out time. The services are poor and the food they charged extra charge. I think they need some kind of training, personal management and front desk management related things. Personal attitude is somehow need to improve. I apologize if any of my words hurt, if so my sincere apologies. Thanks.

Good hotel for rest and stay but not good service it's open 24 hour whenever you go at this hotel you can have get one room esily for you and it's also on the road opposite of bus stand so you can find this hotel essy and there is also parking available for your car so good hotel for your rest but not good service available on this hotel

Rooms are too small. No basic facility of soap and brush. The complimentary water bottle is not original. They fill from tap water. I have personally seen it.

Confused receptionist, lift not working, room walls peeling off, wash basin outlet overflowing etc. Went with my family and had the worst experience of my life. They don't even have a restaurant and they charge extra for anything ordered from outside. Only if you're a bachelor, should you choose this hotel. Family definitely not recommended.

Good rooms at affordable prices available. Good for work stay. Gujrathi thali available just besides hotel. Over all room is neat and tidy except washroom is quite small but clean so no issues.
