Ordered food from Rail Yatri App. Got confirmation message too. But food not delivered. Called to Hotel but they denied to tell offline. Payment also done. Poor experience
I stayed there for 1 night with a friend. The room was decent , it had a TV , a geyser , WIFI, kitchen but the room was not properly clean and in the bathroom the water was giving some electric shock if the geyser was on maybe due to some loose wiring.
I booked a room from Agoda in Hotel Yamuna Vilas, under booking ID 831352085, from Hotel Yamuna Vilas we got the room 202, which is a complete scarp, bedsheet has holes all over the places, dirty pillow and dirty pillow covers, walls have spitting, fungus, damaged all over the place, window curtains is dirty, bathroom is dirty, commode sitting place doesn't stay pulled up, blankets are dirty has multiple holes. The tarrif of the room here is 1344 INR which I booked from Agoda, and if one book upfront from yamuna palace, hotel yamuna Vilas charge u only 900 INR. The lobby is so dirty, no lift. This hotel is next to a tabela, but I don't know why there are so much good reviews of this hotel. Hoping hotel yamuna Vilas is giving this type of scrap rooms to the customers, who booked it online. I can't find this hotel in Goibibo. So if you are little cautious about hygiene you should not book this hotel.
Very rude , worst service. Booked thru ibibo fr a day, from 24th 11am to 25th noon. Went there at night 11 nd they said thers no room since they rented it to someone just bcoz I didn't call...( I was in flight the whole day). Also they were lying down nd asking me to cancel and go somewhere at 11pm???? Heartless people.
First of all good experience, nice and cooperative staff , rooms were good and hot water supply 24 hr ... Nice hotel at reasonable price.
Rooms are beautiful with great facilities like geyser and AC.. but the problem is the outside area where u have to enter in Vilas they should cover that drainage which is outside.
Room was too small and not cleaned. Room condition wasn't good. There was no table, chair, for having food. Bed sheet, pillow and blanket was dirty and torned condition. Air conditioner wasn't working properly.It was mentioned that kettle, hair dryer and fridge will be in room but it was all missing. There was no towel or toiletries item given. Just because it was in centre of city one don't come in this relief for stay as it will cause disturbance in your own comfort.
Ultra Budget friendly.. Needs serious re-decorating and work on interiors and plumbing. Location near the station approx 0.5kms but not a great view. Helpful and good staff though.

It's the best hotel in the area. All the places like Krishna Janamsthan, Dwarkadhish Temple and Vishram Ghat are nearby and can be reached easily from here. The staff and the service is also good. Recommended for a stay in Mathura.
