Hotel yamnotri dham - Hotel in Vrindavan - Mathura, India

I'm really satisfied with the serving readiness of this hotel and restaurant. The best thing that made my experience smooth here was: They were quite clear in terms of what they could offer and upfront on what they couldn't. That said they were understanding and accommodating very well to stretch and fill the gaps wherever they could. A couple of great things about the experience here: 1) The hotel owner Amit's responsiveness and courteous nature. 2) Sunil whose super efficient and quick room service left me with so much time to focus on my own work and my ultimate visit's purpose. 3) The atmosphere of the hotel is safe, lively and feels like home. 4) The food served here was fresh and delicious. Try the authentic Aloo Paratha, Poha and Sandwich! The tea, wasn't less than the best! 5) They also offered me a custom breakfast, with the ingredients I brought to them, without a hitch or glitch! 6) The entire staff is available at one call, and they also are present in the hotel facilities whenever you need their help, which is great plus point for Solo travellers as well! I recommend this beautiful homely space for anyone who's visiting Vrindavan for work or Darshan purposes! Stay alert: You'll stay longer than how much you've planned for sure. Love and respect ! Positive: Bheabears of hotel management is very satisfactory. Arrangement of transport for departure to rly.station also very satisfactory. Fooding also good. Negative: Positions of hotel not so good. Commination from hotel to other places not so good.

Not so good. Other hotels were full so had to book room in this hotel. There is no lift and our room was on 3rd floor. Bathroom smelled. There were no proper lights in the room. Bedsheets and blankets were not clean. Room was full of mosquitos. No bath accessories except a bucket and a mug.

I would suggest not to go for it .Worst service ever we had no other option for stay. The staff was very rude,The owner was so rude us he was shouting on us and wasn't listening to us. The water supply wasn't good,there was no housing keeping, the geyser was not working at all. We asked them for extra pillows and blankets they didn't even give us. It was a really bad experience and the owner was really rude while checkout the owner was using abusing language with us and we were students.

There's no lift available, and the room is dealing with bed bugs, soiled bedsheets, and blankets. The shower water isn't great either, but the food service is satisfactory.

Room was quite good , but water smell bad and no hot water will be provided , cost of the room is too high , worst experience in the hotel...

Its Ridiculous. I had booked the room from OYO and I had received the confirmation also but when was reached at hotel so he clearly denied to give the room and his owner reaction was very bad. Dont book please guys...OYO team please block the registration.

In between they say vacat the room. I stayed or three days. But after two days they did some irresponsible behave. And said to us for vacatt the room after two days. We booked AC. Room but after two days he said us you will booked non ac room.
