In one word most worst experience in this hotel.They even discriminate in providing breakfast.They give eggs to other tourist but they did not provide us.The stuff is also not good.They even dont know how to talk with guests.If you ask anything they take it very lightly.Rooms are also not good.I stayed for 2 nights there with my family but they did not give us tv connection for kids.Never visit there hotel.First they need to learn how to talk with guest then should run the hotel

Worst experience ever I have ever visited in any hotel.They want 5 star reviews and asking to give it in front of them.Location is also worst .It is in highland and it takes much effort to climb the road on foot to reach the hotel.And it's stuff is also very bad behaviour.I have asked many times to give the tv connection.I stayed for 2 nights with kids but still they don't give the tv connection and I have to carry the luggage to my car by myself.never visit there
This hotel can't boast of any expansive facade like many others; but it's best to go beyond external appearance and take a neutral look. As a tourist I have found out the following pros and cons: Pros: 1. Extremely close to M.G.Marg, and pretty close to SNT Bus Depot. 2. Room rent pocket friendly. 3. Hospitable staff members, primarily Mr. Sharma was quite helpful and approachable. 4. Decent and spacious rooms with clean bathrooms. Gyser working. Electric tea kettle comes with the room. 5. Free Wi-Fi facility, and Television with a host of channels. So no worries about missing one's favourite news channel or Web Series. Cons: 1. Not suitable for people with leg ailments. Though properly located yet the way to the hotel is a bit steep, and the entrance a bit tunnel like. 2. The furniture needs a bit of repairing and at certain points overhauling. 3. Power backup needs to be more comprehensive. It needs to go beyond a bulb running on inverter. 4. Food is extremely pricey in comparison to the proportion and quality. 5. A little bit of attention needs to be given to cleanliness (towels, bed sheets, window curtains etc). For us, the location and the hospitable behaviour was a hit.
Staff are so polite. Friendly atmosphere. Food is so delicious. Manager Mr. Kumar is very good person now we very good friend. He arrange our tour is very comfortable. Next we visit sikkim and stay in hare.
Location wise great. Just in front of M G Marg. Rooms are good and Clean. But entrance is very steep. Elderly persons can't go to the hotel. Moreover no place to parking of cabs. Very difficult to move from here with luggages. But hotel staffs help a lot. This hotel has a restaurant. But food is not available on demand. One has to order first. Accordingly they will prepare food. Free wifi available here. Most of the time wifi works

A decent hotel with clean and neat rooms. They also provide free WiFi. The hotel is closer to MG Market (which was the best part). But the cons are: the entry way is a bit narrow and dingy, No lift available, and to reach the hotel one have to take a steep Road to climb.
