Hotel Xavier's Avenue - Hotel in Munnar, Paingottoor - Ernakulam, India

We have taken lunch , today only It was not tasty, very old sambar, rasam, no dal given. Very poor quality

Nice facilities..parking good, location prime though not on a highway, bar attached, food not availed though service is available, bar service is nice, staff very cooperative, catering to ordinary and executive customers,

On the way to kanthallor we stopped here for lunch actually it was hotel with restaurant on the road side this place has a good parking space also and coming to their service it was very good they are welcoming and the staffs are very friendly and we ordered a chicken biryani chappathi and chicken curry for lunch it takes around 15 minutes of wait time for the food to arrive coming to chappathi it was very soft and fresh and served hot the chicken curry was awesome the chicken was fresh and the masalas are perfectly blended and chicken is also so tender and also the biryani we ordered is so good actually the chicken was fried in the biryani I don't think it's a dum biryani but the biryani was good with quality and quantity the portion of rice and also 3 big pieces of chicken is there which is stomach full of biryani for one person it was good and overall their service ambience everything thing is good and their price is also moderate overall a pleasant experience

Just dined in this place. The meals were average like most restaurants in Kerala

The place is okay. The food served is good in terms of quality and quantity. The only inconvenience is the delay of services at the bar. The staff told us that employees have a heavy workload and apologised for the delay. Security guards are assisting to park your vehicle. There's no executive lounge in the bar. Some improvements will change the face of this place.

We badly needed lunch on our way to Munnar. They had very limited stuff in their menu (they don't have paper/paperless menu cards available) and the waiter lists the available items verbally. All because they have started their operations recently. Hope they would improve fast.

Good food. Ambience is excellent. Qualified and we'll behaved staff. Their prices are reasonable and real tasty.

The place is very calm and the ambience was good. The food was awesome and only star rated property in the 20km round to this area. The rates were also affordable.
