Went for lunch today. Had meals served on banana leaves. They served two pooris and a little vegetable pulao at first. Then white rice along with usual curries were served. We asked for ghee to be served on rice. The lady who was serving asked the captain to arrange for ghee. Immediately he started shouting at the lady and told us there is no ghee and they normally pour OIL on the rice. Finally we had to waste the rice which was mixed with this special Andhra pappu. Overall the food was good. But knowing that they serve OIL on rice was really shocking.
Great hotel would definitely recommend. Hot water service all day available room service available lift facility is there. You even get a hotel right below you overall great experience
Please double check your food parcel things, definitely they will miss one or two things.. cunning people...got trouble in journey by trusting them. Took parcel 4 items got 3 items. Phone number always comes as busy. Never trust this hotel.
Except near the Govindarajaswamy temple, no other factor is positive for this place. We were welcomed inside the room by cockroaches literally covering the entire floor. No proper explanation by any one. TV not working, AC takes its own sweet time to cool the room. Didn't had the courage to taste the food in the restaurant. Not a family type of place. And the tariff is way too high for the way this place is maintained. Need to walk the entire restaurant, when every one will glare at you, to reach the lift.
just one night stay they charged 2000 rs and no water bottle or soap provided. When we asked they said we will not provide drinking water you have to purchase. They provided only soap when we ask. Hot water k. AC is not working properly, they put a paper glass to stop swing. Reception number not working. They said to call 9 number but it is not connecting. Very bad experience.
Classic cheaters. When enquired on phone they said a GST bill will be provided, but during check out a manual bill is only provided. No hot water during the required hours, no proper maintenance and cleanliness. We booked for 2 days and no one came to clean the rooms as well
This hotel is located near Tirupati Railway Station. Rooms are neatly maintained (3 Ratings). Food Quality and quantity are Excellent (4 Rating) taste also Good.
