Dated; a sad tale of no budget for maintaining an otherwise well-built hotel. AC was broken in several rooms. We were moved once after we checked in, then in the 'new' room (which smelled slightly like vomit) we had to move again around 11 p.m. when we figured out that a long, bright light in the room couldn't be switched off - I have honestly never heard of such a thing. They finally moved us into a decent room with working AC and no weird smell and I was only left to wonder why they didn't give us that room in the first place as the hotel was virtually empty. The morning staff was more helpful and competent than the evening staff.
I stayed in Aug, 2023 . Extremely disappointed with their overall customer service. In a stay of 2 days they made me change my room 5 times bcs. ( bad tiles in bathroom, very poor hygiene, AC isn't working etc.). In the night I asked for a mosquito liquid the reception responded we had 2 and already given to some other guest. I'm genuinely telling everyone please don't stay at this hotel as there are many other better alternatives available near pathankot railway station.
Good location very close to city railway station, Good sized rooms, Needs a lot of renovation as the infrastructure has become dated, airconditioner needs to be replaced, entire bathroom fittings, walls needs replacement, no need for bathtub, it's a waste of space and in fact hinders showering.
Most hopeless hotel.....zero maintenance....dirty rooms. Unclean toilets...no staff...it's not worth of money...you will get good hotels in same price or lesseelr

It was wonderful to stay. Domino's Pizza, Bikaner restaurant was within 2 hundred meters from the hotel. The hotel staff were superb and cooperative. Delicious food was served by the staff. Vehicle parking is simply manageable.
Nearby pathankot bus stand and railway station. Nice hotel. Good rooms. Good service. Well mannered, humble staff. Have restaurant. Provide room service also. Food quality and quantity is good.
