I had the buffet breakfast here. Overall quality very close to international standards. Well done. I saw some Russians having their meal but they didn't seem to have eaten anything. Because, the menu is fully Indian with nothing in it that can attract an Occidental taste bud other than eggs to order and coffee. Again, way too overpriced for its location. I paid INR 315 for the meal which should have been nothing more than about 225 to 240. A suggestion to the management: please have different rates for house guests and walk in customers for your meals. You can charge the house guests the higher rate and keep the lower rate for the others. Service 5 Food quality 5 Ambience 5

Rooms are very good however the service of the staff is pathetic. You'll have to wait for 1 hours after placing an order for the food. They don't even cooperate and bother about the request made by the guest. There's a rooftop lounge and they keep playing music so loud till the mid night and make difficult for the guest to sleep.

I attended a marriage reception party there and the hotel itself was in the charge of the food. But it was a disaster. Foods were tasteless ,cold. Not a single item was good. And service was too slow we have to wait 10 minutes for the next item to come. Otherwise the place is nice tidy and clean. Atmosphere was good.

Probably the best Hotel available in Kharagpur as of now. Overall needs improvement. Washroom was not up to the mark. AC too was not working properly. The room was okay. Overpriced and certainly not value for money. Since there were no such other options, we had no choice but to use this for a few hours of our stay. Location away from IIT and is away from the town area as well, though close to the Industrial area.

Soap dispenser had foul smelling soap and FUNGUS. Pic attached. They don't understand the meaning of hospitality industry. The old block rooms are smelly. The new block rooms are still better. Its situated on highway and a marketplace is about 300mtrs from it. The employees aren't trained. For a city like Kharagpur, this is the only hope as of now.

Fine dine successful after very long time..Good quality food too rare these days..Excellent food..But only for people with class, rest please keep away..Too much below standard people in midnapore city these days.

I stay here 5 days in Delux room, some urjent work I sudden go to Bishnupur, I can't come to hotel, So I called Hotel staff check out the room, Then I pay the hotel bill Via Online, I forget my Office bag, after 20 to 25 day later I send my office staff for Collect the bag, The manager Took all the products From bag, and new bag also, And gave my office staff a second hand bag, the manager are Stole my all products, They are thieves. Very bad experience......

We had a get together at this place and we got a boofe menu Very good atmosphere and the item are very good quality, so many items are there for test, The main Saif and our event manager Mr.Ratan jana is very good and well supported, I just love him.
