Good hotel, in a good location, walking distance from Patna junction. Staff is mostly well behaved but could be a bit more trained. In-room amenities need improvement. Food also leaves a bit to desire, taste wise. Overall a nice hotel in a great location at Patna

PLEASE AVOID THIS HOTEL. Booked 2 club rooms in this hotel on 2nd Dec 2023 through MMT Corporate App - payment was done. When we reached the hotel on 6th Dec, the manager says 2 rooms are not available and adjust in one room !!!!! Utterly pathetic response without realizing what will the customer do? Where will he go? We went to check the room too, it was smelly and really cheap not to the standard of what this hotel charges. I would suggest anyone who is going to book this hotel for corporate trip - PLEASE AVOID THIS HOTEL.
Worst service and attitude of attendant at the reception. Even after checking in early morning for the room booked one day before, they made us wait around an hour in the lobby. Turns out, they allotted our booked room to someone else for the night and then in the morning they cleaned the room and alloted us. And on top of that, the receptionist had a rough tone of voice and kept saying us to sit and wait again and again. Simply NOT ACCEPTABLE. Avoid such disgusting hotels at all cost specially if you are intending to check in early morning.

A bit too pricey for a place like Patna but neat clean and a good stay if the stay is very short like 2-3 days max Check in time 2:00 PM which is a big con and for early check in they charge additional 700 INR. You will feel the pinch as you see your room.
