No Maintenance... dirty damp rooms....dirty stained bedsheets... ac working but noisy...washrooms water problem...never ever go...better sleep in car. Had to stay in emergency CONDITION due to road closure and landslides.

Bhai... All well just give a brush up to the rooms... Rest all good.. Wonderful reception wale uncle ji.... Even he shares his mb. Number ( raat ko koi pareshani ho to batana..)

Had to cancel booking after landing in the Hotel. Not maintained at all. Used to be a lovely place long time back.

Great food and ambiance..... excellent value for money

Good place to stay ; rooms are neat & clean ; rent for standard room is around 1300 rupees/ day. Standard room is big enough for 2 people. Food rate is very high. Its up to you if you want to eat here ; in my opinion go to Shelly restaurant which is nere by. Also go to Kassauli which is a tourist spot ; don't miss to go to kassauli & go in morning only not in night. Go to manki point;sunset point;gilbert house in kassauli.

The pics I have added can tell u all about the hotel and standard. U can see in the pics, the washroom will give u the feeling of open defecation. U can not wash on the toilet seat.The toilet seat is just below of the washbasin which does not allow u to sit properly. There is no exhaust fan, washroom size is too small. U take bath and water will come in the room all over. Room walls were completely moistured and wet. The bed and the bed corners were like 20 years old. There was no electric tea maker in the room which is almost a common thing in all hotels rooms'. When I complained about this to the staff they offered me to change the room. The room I shifted then was a far better than this but not was like I get in the neighborhood hotels. There is a lot of noise pollution because the room is just towards main highway. U can't get wifi for free there. Food was of good taste but u can not eat the same food all over the day. They have a limited variety.

I have no words for this pathetic experience I had. Tacky room with years old blanket and lobby looked like a morgue. Very very bad experience. Couldn't even stay for a while at this place. And guess what it costed me 3000 for a room. It wasn't even worth 500Rs. Worst hotels I had ever stayed at.

The biggest advantage of the hotel is that it is on the road and is about 2 kms from the kalka railway station. It is a decent hotel. Rooms are spacious and well lit. Cleanliness is also good. Dint have food so cant say anything. Service seemed ok as well.
